Jon Sather has been with Paramount Global since 2016. Jon’s background and experience in operation and project management was instrumental in the evaluation of the current available systems and eventual choice of the WISE WMS 3PL system for Paramount. Jon has also worked alongside the WISE implementation teams in helping develop needed processes in the warehouse and the integration of WISE into their host environment. This resulted in a transition to getting the system up and running at Paramount’s headquarters. Since, he has led the implementation teams at three additional distribution centers and will be looking to integrate WISE at their UK location in 2024. For his outstanding achievement, Royal 4 Systems is pleased to induct Jon Sather as the newest member of the elite WISE leaders’ program.
“When we first started our search for a new WMS system, we compiled a list of over 100 companies that were currently offering these solutions. Our implementation team then applied our requirements to these systems and eventually narrowed this search down to five candidates. After further evaluation, we selected the WISE WMS from Royal 4 as our final choice.
